Diz module introduction

Diz module contains scRNA-seq datasets for 85 diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, AIDS and Cervical cancer. These data are from four species, humans, mice, macaques and tree shrews. Disease atlases provide a wide variety of cell types to help map disease genes, which may help in assessing disease risk in future studies This page has three ways to get detailed information about disease atlases, hierarchical search results, disease name tags or anatomical labels.
